Join us every month as we explore a new topic through meditation and conversation! As we kick off this new monthly series we will celebrate and discuss people of color in wellness! We will also create a space to discuss the importance of mindfulness based practices.

Doors open at 6pm, Meditation begins at 6:45pm, Mingling to follow!

This event is open for all! Mocktails will be available for purchase during the event.
