Yoga is a great tool for Anxiety!

In these lessons you will:

-Learn about the physiology of panic attacks and how hatha yoga aids in anxiety relief

-Deconstruct the nervous system and how it affects our mind + body + spirit

-Develop a deeper understanding of your thought patterns and begin to understand where emotions become trapped in the body

-Learn how to root into your breath and understand how movement can work together with the mind to dismantle the hijack on the nervous system to help you gain command over your life force energy


Classes are available in studio, or I may travel to you!
