Once I start to journey through my emotional layers of self I am able to understand that right beneath anger, there is compassion.
When I give myself the time and space to sit with my frustrations I am able to use them as tools in my own healing process.
Once my anger is recognized, I am able to connect with it and witness it transform into an entirely different emotion once it has been observed.
Over the years I have learned to give my anger the attention it needs.
