Shoulder Exercise Ideas!


This week for me is more about taking things easy in my practice. My knees need to rest, so I’m going to give them the space to do so! I find that my yoga practice shifts to suit my body, and not vice versa.


I do not believe in straining, forcing, or pulling myself into anything within my practice. I have completely removed expectations and stepped into flow. I feel so grateful for the opportunity to explore this space within my personal practice.


Take some time to breathe into your shoulders. Try this out with a belt at home if you don’t have a strap!
