Making sure I breathe deeply today! Sometimes when I do my pranayama standing I like to think of roots energetically reaching from my feet down into the earth and rising all the way up to my crown as I inhale. Every exhale I think of sending everything that is not of use to me back into the Earth. Swaying can help you explore your balance! Did you breathe yet today?
