I am so grateful for the opportunity to get my morning routine back in order!
During quarantine it was easy not to adhere to a schedule in the same way that I normally would. I allowed my body to deal with the trauma of this experience in the way that it needed.
As we begin to re-open our world and return to work, I find myself falling back in love with my morning routine!
I realize that I am moving a lot slower than usual, but that’s okay! My morning routine consists of waking up as close to 6:30 am as possible, going to the restroom, meditating, journaling, drinking a glass of room temperature water with lemon, and having a cup of hot tea.
This ritual helps me to have the most productive day I can without having to rush through anything.
