Make sure you sign up for my back bending workshop! This workshop will help you understand how to access backbends safely and effectively. If you are looking to relieve chronic neck and back pain while opening your heart and tapping into inner strength, this workshop is for you!
Beginning with a gentle slow flow class, we will build a gentle heat while working through several preparation postures that will lead us into our backbending practice. This practice will be interactive and will include discussion and movement with ample time for you to ask questions along the way!
We will learn about the energetic benefits of stimulating your chakras while back bending, as well as the emotional benefits of back bending, the physical benefits of this practice, and how yoga philosophy is integrated.
You will leave feeling invigorated, strong, courageous, and open!
