Handstand Yoga Flow

Just flowing, exploring my practice, and seeing where it leads me today! I feel pretty light. 🌞

Sometimes I like to incorporate hand-standing into my flows because it’s fun!!! Nothing more, nothing less. I like to think about tapping into the energy around me and going up whenever I work on inversions. This three legged dog, handstand, to bound half moon flow requires deep shoulder opening, hamstring warm-up, and of course your breath.
